Salon Terms & Conditions / Client Agreement

By booking or receiving services at ‘Beauty By Tasha x’ you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Health & Safety
   Clients must inform the salon of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or previous adverse reactions before any treatment. The salon is not responsible for reactions where such information was not disclosed.
2. Patch Testing
   Patch tests are required for certain treatments (e.g. Lash Extension, Lash Lift, Lamination, Halal Brows, Henna/Hybrid Brows, Henna etc) at least 24–48 hours prior. If a client refuses or does not book in for a patch test, they do so at their own risk and are held liable for any allergic reactions.
3. Results Disclaimer
   While we strive to achieve desired results, outcomes may vary based on hair/skin condition, previous treatments, and individual factors. No guarantees are provided.
4. Aftercare Responsibility
   Clients will be provided with aftercare instructions. Failure to follow these instructions may affect results, and the salon accepts no liability for issues arising from non-compliance.
5. Personal Belongings
   The salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
6. Late Arrivals & Cancellations
   Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or a £20 late fee or a cancellation. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment time/date or will incur a fee/lose any deposit paid
7. Payments & Refunds
   All services must be paid in full upon completion. Refunds are not provided for completed services, but we may offer corrections at our discretion.
8. Right to Refuse Service
   The salon reserves the right to refuse service to any client for safety, inappropriate behaviour, or if a treatment is deemed unsuitable.
9. Children & Supervision
   Children must be supervised at all times. The salon is not liable for injuries resulting from lack of supervision.
10. Liability Waiver
    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beauty By Tasha x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Consent
    By proceeding with any treatment, you confirm that you understand the risks involved and consent to the procedure.
12. Amendments
    The salon reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
